2. Pause Element - pauses the video at a certain point for a specified period of time. 

3. The Start indicates what time in the video the pause happens. 

4. The Pause Duration is the amount of time (in seconds) that you want the video to be paused. Setting this to 0 will pause the video forever (viewers will still be able to continue playing the video past the pause point if they press the play button) 

5. If you've set a certain Pause Duration in seconds, checking the Set as default means that will be the default pause duration of your future video projects. 

6. That's it. You're done. You can use the Pause Element if you have a Call-To-Action link.
