Wondering why your personalized text comes out differently than expected? Then this tutorial will guide you on fixing it.

Note: By default, the "Scale To Fit" option is enabled. This automatically adjusts the font size relative to the text container. Meaning it will use the largest or smallest font size possible.

In this example below, there is a separate container for the personalized text "FIRSTNAME" and a separate container for the rest of the text (and the "Scale To Fit" option is enabled):

When this image is used in your email campaign it will look like this:

Notice that the container with the personalized text("Dear Adam") is very big, as it used the largest font possible to fit the container. To fix this, always place the personalized text inside the same container with the rest of the text like so:

So that when this image is used in your email campaign it will look like this:

The entire container will use the appropriate font size and the image's text will format correctly even if your lead has the longest name in the world:
