Disclaimer: The video will likely not show when you preview/send out and this is because personalized video is delivered through an iframe using the embed codes and vast majority of ESPs block iframes, due to the fact that they are a very easy gateway for phishing and other types of scams.

The work-around is for you to take a snapshot of the video with the play button, hyperlink it with the personalized video playback link and this will open up the personalized video on the browser when viewers click on it.

Follow the below steps to proceed:

Step 1. On the editor, Click Produce

Step 2. Click Email Campaign

Step 3. Change the Embed Location to Other

Step 4. Copy the Embed code

Step 5. Click SmartMail

Step 6. Select any template you would like to Embed the personalized video in. In this Dem, we selected Basic Template

Step 7. With your mouse, click and drag HTML block, then drop it on anywhere you want it on the email body.

Step 8. Click to edit

Step 9. Delete the content and paste the copied embed code from step 4 and click outside the HTML editor.

Step 10. Video embedded successfully.

Step 11. Click Play to preview. That's it. You're done.
