On the editor, click the Library button and proceed to the Audio tab.

First, click upload your own button to upload audio from your Computer and It will be automatically added to the Library.

You can also click on the Library tab or Freesound tab to access royalty-free audio and sound files.

Finally, click on the (+) icon to add to the timeline.
